Fixano website is owned by SGA Enterprises, Inc., operating as the data controller. The company has adopted this Privacy Policy to determine how information collected through Fixano is processed and explain why certain personal data must be collected.
Personal Information Collection
The platform automatically collects device information including web browser details, IP address, time zone, and installed cookies. As users browse, Fixano collects data about viewed pages, referral sources, and interaction patterns. Personal data provided during registration (name, address, payment details) is also collected to fulfill agreements.
Data Processing Rationale

By entering a phone number on Fixano or during checkout, users consent to receive text messages related to accounts and orders, including account updates, order notifications, service updates, loyalty and referral updates, and promotional offers (if opted in).

Fixano Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: December 10, 2025. Operator: SGA Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Fixano.
Overview
The Fixano Rewards Program allows eligible users to earn and redeem Fixano Points through qualifying purchases via the mobile application or website.
Eligibility
Participants must maintain an active account in good standing, be at least 18 years old, and reside in regions where Fixano services are offered.
Earning Fixano Points
Members earn 2 Fixano Points for every $1 USD spent on qualifying service charges. Points are not earned on flat service fees, taxes, delivery charges, or non-service items. Points are credited only after orders are completed and delivered.
Point Redemption
Members need a minimum balance of 1,000 Fixano Points before redemption. Redemption value: 100 Fixano Points equal $1 USD discount on eligible services. Points cannot be applied toward flat fees, taxes, or delivery charges. Points are not redeemable for cash.
Non-Transferability & Account Integrity
Points cannot be transferred, gifted, traded, or sold. Each member may maintain only one account. Fixano may reverse Points, void rewards, or suspend accounts violating this requirement.
Referral Program
When members refer new users, the referred user receives a 10% discount on their first order, and Referral Points are awarded to the referring member after the referee's first successful checkout. Members cannot refer themselves or create duplicate accounts.
Program Modifications
Fixano reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Rewards Program at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updates.
Limitation of Liability
Fixano is not liable for lost, delayed, or unredeemed Points. Total liability shall not exceed the lesser of Points earned in the prior six months or $50 USD.
Governing Law

Terms of Services & Orders
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms of Services & Orders.
Service Category Accuracy
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct service category, size, and condition at order submission.
Pricing Adjustments
If received items don't match selected service details, Fixano reserves the right to adjust pricing. Customers will be notified before proceeding.
Service Feasibility
All items undergo inspection upon receipt. Fixano reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if requested services cannot be safely completed due to item condition, material limitations, or structural concerns.
Fixed Service Fee (Non-Refundable)
Each order includes a fixed service fee covering platform operations, logistics coordination, inspection, and administrative costs. This fixed service fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations or declined work.
Media Use
Fixano reserves the right to photograph, scan, or display completed work within the Fixano app, website, or marketing channels. No personal information is shared; media showcases workmanship only.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fixano is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, material degradation, or manufacturer defects. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for specific services rendered.
California Consumer Compliance
Fixano complies with applicable California consumer protection laws. Refunds and cancellations are governed solely by these terms with fixed service fees remaining non-refundable.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Customers agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing legal action. Where permitted, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California on an individual basis. These terms are governed by California law.
Acceptance
By completing checkout, the Customer confirms they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Services & Orders.
